Most of the Deep Ends across the UK and internationally have adopted the W.E.A.R. framework for their activities:
Aim: To explore and develop and implement workforce initiatives that improve patient care, staff wellbeing and recruitment & retention.
Aim: To influence and support education and training on health equity in primary care, and the Inverse Care Law, for anyone interested in working in deprived areas.
Aim: To make the Inverse Care Law transparent and advocate to address it.
Aim: To facilitate Deep End practices and their patients to become more research active, and to facilitate the research community to engage in research which finds solutions to the challenges most relevant to Deep End practices and patients.
