Deep End Clusters

Most of the Deep End practices are in the Valleys and urban areas. In May 2026 we identified 20 of the 60 clusters in Wales who have the same proportion (over34%) of their patients living in the most deprived communities OR those where a majority of their practices are Deep End. 

The Deep End Clusters are:
