Teg I Bawb 

Teg I Bawb is the vision launched recently by Public Health Wales, looking at making primary care fairer and more inclusive. Within the Teg I Bawb venture sits bespoke training for non clinical staff that looks at trauma informed care and equal access to services. This training session was developed with PHW, practices and those with lived experience to ensure we are fair and inclusive at the front door of Primary Care. It challenges thinking around our personal bias and helps staff look beyond the patient and see their story. Feedback from the sessions has been positive. Our non-clinical staff appreciate training that is tailored to them.
